Children Ages 12-48 months
The Jones Lab studies typical and atypical development of the social brain. We are currently recruiting children ages 1-4 to participate in our research studies. If you are interested in having your child participate, you can find out more information below.
What is involved?
You will accompany your child for up to 4 visits to our lab either in Manhattan, NY or White Plains, NY. Each visit will be approximately 3 hours and spaced 12 months apart.
What happens when I come to the lab?
We will play a series of games with your child. Most of the games will involve your child playing with toys with a member of our research staff, as well as completing puzzle and picture games. These interactions will be videotaped. For some of the games, your child will wear a wristband that includes a motion sensor. You will be in the same room with your child for the entire visit.
